Beschreibung
Hochwertige Bremsflüssigkeit für verschiedene Fahrzeuge und Motorräder mit hydraulischen Trommel- oder Scheibenbremsen. DENTO BRAKE FLUID DOT-3 basiert auf einer komplexen Mischung von Glykolen, also zweiwertigen Alkoholen, mit wirksamen Inhibitoren und Additiven. Gute Kaltfließeigenschaften und optimale Viskosität bei hohen Temperaturen sichern wirksamen Betrieb auch bei häufigem, starkem Bremsen. Verhindert Rückstände und Ablagerungen auf Innenflächen bei Dauereinsatz. Hoher Siedepunkt und geringe Flüchtigkeit verhindern Dampfblasen und gewährleisten zuverlässige Bremsleistung. Sehr gut verträglich mit Gummi- und Polymerdichtungen; bietet langfristigen Korrosionsschutz für Metalle, Kunststoffe und Elastomere.

High-quality brake fluid for various types of automobiles and motorcycles equipped with drum or disc brakes with hydraulic drive. DENTO BRAKE FLUID DOT-3 is based on complex mixture of glycols (dihydric alcohols) with the addition of highly effective inhibitors and additives. It provides efficient operation of mobile equipment with frequent and heavy braking due to excellent flow rate at low ambient temperatures and optimal viscosity characteristics in high temperatures in brake system. DENTO BRAKE FLUID DOT-3 prevents the formation of plaque residues and deposits on internal surfaces in continuous operations. High boiling point and low volatility prevent vapor locks and ensure excellent brake system performance and additional reliability margin. The fluid offers excellent compatibility with rubber and polymer seals used in brake system. DENTO BRAKE FLUID DOT-3 provides long-term protection against corrosion of all materials used in brake systems such as metals, plastics and elastomers.
Anwendung
DENTO BRAKE FLUID DOT-3 wird für hydraulische Trommel- und Scheibenbremsen von Kraftfahrzeugen und Motorrädern empfohlen, die DOT 3, SAE J1703 und ISO 4925 Class 3 verlangen. Auch für hydraulische Hilfsantriebe von Pkw und Nutzfahrzeugen einschließlich Traktionsantrieben und hydraulischen Hebevorrichtungen geeignet.
Wichtig: Bremsflüssigkeit nimmt Feuchtigkeit aus der Luft auf. Diese senkt den Siedepunkt und kann Dampfblasen verursachen. Ohne abweichende Herstellervorgaben empfiehlt das Datenblatt einen Wechsel alle 2 Jahre. Nicht mit mineralölbasierten (LHM) oder silikonbasierten (DOT 5) Bremsflüssigkeiten mischen.

DENTO BRAKE FLUID DOT-3 is recommended for hydraulic brake systems of motor vehicles and motorcycles (including those with drum or disc brakes), which require brake fluids of DOT 3, SAE J1703 and ISO 4925 Class 3.
DENTO BRAKE FLUID DOT-3 is suitable for use in auxiliary hydraulic drives of cars and various commercial vehicles, including traction drives and hydraulic lifts. ATTENTION: Brake fluid is hygroscopic and absorbs moisture from air. Moisture in fluid eventually reduces brake fluid boiling point with a possible risk of vapour lock. In absence of OEM specific requirements, it is recommended to change brake fluid once every 2 years. Do not mix with brake fluids based on mineral oil (LHM) and silicon based fluids (DOT 5). Before using this product make sure, it is consistent with OEM’s recommendations for the equipment operating conditions and customer’s maintenance practices.

DENTO BRAKE FLUID DOT-3 maintains high performance in a wide range of temperatures. High boiling point (about 250 °C) and excellent thermal and oxidation stability prevent the formation of vapour locks in intensive braking (including in regions with hot climate).
Inhibitors provide long lasting protection against oxidation of various metal parts including aluminium, brass, copper, zinc and iron.
DENTO BRAKE FLUID DOT-3 maintains continuous lubrication of moving parts and sealing materials used in the brake system and prevent their wear.
