Beschreibung
TOTACHI Extended Life Coolant Green -40°C (50/50) ist ein gebrauchsfertiges Kühlmittel mit organischer Säuretechnologie (OAT) für Kühlsysteme schwer belasteter Dieselmotoren europäischer, japanischer, koreanischer, amerikanischer und anderer Hersteller. Auch geeignet für Pkw, Motorräder, leichte Fahrzeuge, Straßen- und Geländefahrzeuge sowie industrielle Anwendungen, die Kühlmittel nach ASTM D6210, ASTM D3306, ASTM D4985 oder vom Typ G12+ verlangen. Führt Wärme aus stark beschleunigten, aufgeladenen und modernen Motoren wirksam ab, um Überhitzung zu vermeiden. Hohe Beständigkeit gegenüber hartem Wasser und langsamer Verbrauch der Korrosionsinhibitoren gewährleisten dauerhaften Rost- und Korrosionsschutz. Das Datenblatt nennt mindestens 250 000 km oder 5 Jahre Schutz in Pkw und leichten Fahrzeugen, 650 000 km im Schwerlastbetrieb sowie 12 000 Betriebsstunden in stationären Maschinen beziehungsweise 5 Jahre.
Frei von Nitriten, Boraten, Phosphaten, Aminen und Silikaten. Verhindert Kalk und Ablagerungen, beugt Kavitation vor und verlängert die Wasserpumpenlebensdauer. Verträglich mit Gusseisen, Aluminium, allen Eisenlegierungen, Gummi, Dichtungen und den Bauteilen des Kühlsystems.

TOTACHI Extended Life Coolant Green -40OC (50/50) is a ready to use coolant based on organic acid technology (OAT) designed for heavy duty diesel cooling systems of European, Japanese, Korean, American, and other OEMs. It is also suitable for use in passenger cars, motorcycles, light duty, on-road, off-road vehicles and industrial applications requiring ASTM D6210, ASTM D3306, ASTM D4985 standard coolants and G12+ type coolants. Effective heat dissipation on highly accelerated engines, turbocharged and modern engines to avoid engine overheating. Highly resistant to hard water and very low corrosion inhibitor depletion rates to provide maximum corrosion & rust protection of heat exchange system. Offers an extended life protection for at least 250,000 km or 5 years in passenger cars and light duty vehicles; 650,000 km in heavy duty applications, and 12,000 hours in stationary machineries or 5 years. TOTACHI Extended Life Coolant Green -40OC (50/50) is free from nitrites, borates, phosphates, amines, and silicates to safeguard cooling systems from corrosion, scale, and rust. Eliminates scaling and deposits formation in the cooling system. Prevents cavitation and increase the life of water pumps. Compatible with cast iron, aluminum, all ferrous alloys, rubber, seals, gaskets, and all components of the cooling system.
Anwendung
Empfohlen für Motorräder, Pkw, Transporter, SUVs, leichte Nutzfahrzeuge und Lkw, Busse, schwere Lkw, Bergbau-, Bau- und Landmaschinen sowie andere Fahrzeuge und Maschinen, die Kühlmittel nach ASTM D4985, ASTM D6210 und ASTM D3306 verlangen. Gebrauchsfertiges, im Verhältnis 50/50 vorgemischtes Kühlmittel mit einem Gefrierpunkt von -40 °C. Kein Zusatz von deionisiertem Wasser oder ergänzenden Kühlmitteladditiven (SCA) erforderlich. Laut Datenblatt sicher mit Originalkühlmitteln mischbar.
